Level Up Transportation Co. Ltd.
All transportation services operated by Level Up Transportation Co. Ltd. are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Reservation Confirmation
All clients are required to confirm their pickup and drop-off details, including airport, cruise ship, hotel, or other pickup locations.
Reservations should be confirmed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM prior to the scheduled service date.
2. Changes to Reservations
If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as pickup time, location, or passenger details, changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Reservations that have been held for more than two (2) days are not eligible for a refund.
3. Rates, Tolls, and Additional Fees
Transportation rates quoted at the time of booking may not include tolls, taxes, or other applicable fees.
Any additional charges incurred during the service, including but not limited to tolls, parking, or other operational fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payments
Payment must be completed at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation.
All payments are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy. Charges processed at the time of booking may be refundable only if they meet the conditions outlined in the cancellation policy.
5. Reservation Receipt
Customers booking via phone or through the website have the option to receive an email confirmation containing their reservation and payment details.
Upon arrival, customers may be asked to present the reservation receipt or confirmation to the driver or operator.
6. Traveling with Children
Passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the ride.
Customers traveling with infants, toddlers, or small children must provide their own car seats.
7. Luggage Policy
Each passenger is allowed up to two (2) bags.
Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
For large groups or groups traveling with excessive luggage, a separate luggage vehicle may be required, which will result in an additional fee.
Customers are responsible for informing the company in advance about the number of bags to ensure proper transportation arrangements.
8. Booking Through a Representative
Reservations can be made online or through a booking representative.
If you prefer not to book online, please send an email with the following information:
- Arrival and departure time
- Flight number
- Airline name
- Cruise ship name (if applicable)
- Number of passengers
- Number of bags
- Destination address
Providing accurate information ensures the company can schedule transportation appropriately.
9. Pickup Procedures
The driver or operator will arrive at the designated pickup location based on the arrival time provided in the reservation.
The driver will have a sign displaying the name under which the reservation was made.
It is the responsibility of the customer who made the reservation to notify the company of any delays, flight changes, or cancellations.
If the company is not informed of changes, the driver reserves the right to leave the pickup location, and no reimbursement will be issued.
10. Customer Responsibility
Drivers and operators may occasionally have difficulty locating guests at pickup locations or may be unable to reach customers by phone.
Level Up Transportation Co. Ltd. is not responsible if the customer is late or cannot be located at the designated pickup location.
11. Refund Policy
Reservations that have been booked and held for more than two (2) days are non-refundable.
All refunds and cancellations are handled according to the company’s cancellation policy.
